AEG Presents: Children of Bodom - 20 Years Down and Dirty Tour w/ Carach Angren, LOST SOCIETY & Uncured

Fully 20 years into the tough, heroic grind that represents the lifeblood of extreme musicians, Finland metal scientists Children of Bodom have certainly won over crowds globally through a crafted alloy that is theirs alone. But the building of their esteemed career has also been aided an abetted by the simple math of all that work, the intense touring, that inevitable return visit to your town that has made the band’s shows engaging, personable and energetic thrash parties indelibly stamped on the circuit boards of headbangers worldwide. AEG and WYCD Present: The Caliville Tour feat. Brett Young wsg Carly Pearce - Sold Out

With piercing blue eyes and standing tall at 6' 6," it's impossible to miss Brett Young. The former college pitcher and avid songwriter uses his competitive edge to create music that critics, radio and fans cannot stop raving about. "A solid winner" (Music Row), Brett has spent many late nights in the recording studio strumming chords and perfecting lyrics that encompass his "Caliville" sound – the world between Brett's SoCal roots and Music City coming-of-age. This can be heard on his self-titled album from BMLG Records available for pre-order on January 13, 2017 and everywhere on February 10, 2017. Produced by Dann Huff, Brett is credited on 11 of the 12 tracks establishing himself as an accomplished songwriter. WSG: Carly Pearce

AEG Presents: Mogwai w/ Xander Harris

The cosmic post-rock band Mogwai was formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1996 by guitarist/vocalist Stuart Braithwaite, guitarist Dominic Aitchison, and drummer Martin Bulloch, longtime friends with the goal of creating "serious guitar music." Toward that end, they added another guitarist, John Cummings, before debuting in March 1996 with the single "Tuner," a rarity in the Mogwai discography for its prominent vocals; the follow-up, a split single with Dweeb titled "Angels vs. Aliens," landed in the Top Ten on the British indie charts. Following appearances on a series of compilations, Mogwai returned later in the year with the 7" "Summer," and after another early 1997 single, "New Paths to Helicon," they issued Ten Rapid, a collection of their earliest material. AEG Presents: HATEBREED 20 Years of Desire & 15 Years of Perseverance wsg Dying Fetus, Code Orange & Twitching Tongues

With steadfast determination, drive, and dedication, Hatebreed cement themselves as one of heavy music’s strongest institutions on their seventh full-length offering and very first for Nuclear Blast worldwide, 2016’s The Concrete Confessional. Since 1994, the Connecticut quintet—Jamey Jasta [vocals], Chris Beattie [bass], Wayne Lozinak [guitar], Frank Novinec [guitar], and Matthew Byrne [drums]—has risen to the ranks of hardcore and heavy metal elite with a GRAMMY® Award nomination, main stage slots on festivals, and countless fans worldwide. 2013’s The Divinity Of Purpose earned their highest entry on the Billboard Top 200, bowing at #17 with impressive first-week sales in excess of 17,000. When it came time to return to the studio after two years on the road, Jasta and his cohorts clung to the bedrock on which their legacy stands firm. WSG: Dying Fetus, Code Orange & Twitching Tongues

Good Show Presents: Angel Olsen w/ Heron Oblivion

Anyone reckless enough to have typecast Angel Olsen according to 2013's Burn Your Fire For No Witness is in for a sizeable surprise with her third album, MY WOMAN. The crunchier, blown-out production of the former is gone, but that fire is now burning wilder. Her disarming, timeless voice is even more front-and-centre than before, and the overall production is lighter. Yet the strange, raw power and slowly unspooling incantations of her previous efforts remain, so anyone who might attempt to pigeonhole Olsen as either an elliptical outsider or a pop personality is going to be wrong whichever way they choose - Olsen continues to reign over the land between the two with a haunting obliqueness and sophisticated grace. AEG & React Present: Emancipator Ensemble - Baralku Tour

A sleeping giant of the electronic music world, Douglas Appling - more commonly known as Emancipator - has quietly established himself as a mainstay in the electronic music scene since the release of his debut album, Soon It Will Be Cold Enough in 2006. Classically-trained as a violinist from an early age, Appling's organic approach to electronic music production draws inspiration from a wide range of international cultures and musical genres, culminating in a refreshingly authentic brand of electronic music that has infiltrated global consciousness.

2017 has been a busy year of touring & music writing for Emancipator. Doug’s live band, Emancipator Ensemble, headlined Red Rocks Amphitheater for the first time and made appearances at many music festivals across the globe.

AEG Presents: Travis Greene

Growing up with a mother who was a minister and choir director, Travis Greene says that gospel music “was like oxygen in our house, always part of my life,” and no artist inspired him and strengthened his passion for God more than 12-time Grammy winning legend Kirk Franklin.  Now an inspirational trailblazer in his own right, Greene’s masterful fusion of music and ministry these past few years prompted Franklin to anoint him as one of the artists who are the “future of gospel music.” Continuing on his global mission to “bring the cool back to the worship experience, and get people, especially the unchurched, excited,” the two time Grammy nominee debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart with his latest album Crossover: Live From Music City. Its lead single “You Waited” hit the Top 5 on the Hot Gospel Songs chart.

AEG Presents: tUnE-yArDs

Tune-Yards was formed by Merrill Garbus in 2006, and that band name has ever since been synonymous with forward movement—whether because of the group's explosive performance style, the always-surprising way in which their songs unfold, or the lines Merrill  draws between music and social activism. First gaining notice with the debut BiRd-BrAiNs, which The New York Times called “a confident do-it-yourselfer's opening salvo: a staticky, low-fi, abrasive attention-getter,” Garbus forged a reputation as a formidable live presence through relentless touring.

AEG Presents: Orchestral Manoeuvers In the Dark wsg GGOOLLDD

‘The Punishment of Luxury’ is the new album by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD), the pioneering synth-pop group – founded almost 40 years ago by two teenage Kraftwerk fans from the Wirral – whose early albums ‘Architecture and Morality’ (1981) and ‘Dazzle Ships’ (1983) would shape the dominant sound of that decade. Alongside the Human League and Gary Numan, OMD mapped out the musical landscape of the time and helped to mint this new genre with hits such as ‘Enola Gay’, ‘Electricity’ and ‘Souvenir’.
