Two nights to choose from – Saturday Feb. 11th from 5PM- midnight-  and Tuesday Feb. 14 from 1PM til 11PM. And as an added bonus on Saturday Lounge Singer Extraordinaire Konrad Lee will perform from 5 to 11PM. This performance is free.

Wild Mushroom Medley

sauteed with shallots, fresh thyme, figs & port wine – served on top of a toasted sour dough baguette & finished with Chevre cheese

New Orleans Crab Cake

topped with a roasted Serrano pepper-shrimp salsa &

saffron crème fraiche

Hoisen Glazed Short Ribs

slow cooked with rice wine & candied ginger with a hint of 5-spice. Served with a parsnip-celery puree

toasted almond encrusted sea bass with wilted spinach, saffron – citrus buerre blanc & lightly fried purple-red carrot ribbons

Stuffed Amish Chicken Breast

stuffed with duck, sweet winter sausage & sun-dried cherries. Finished with a cognac demi-glace.  Served with julienned purple-red carrots & quinoa

Tempura Vegetables & Savory Tofu Kebobs

Eggplant, mushrooms, peppers & tofu dipped in tempura batter and lightly fried to perfection.  Served with Japanese sticky rice & sweet miso-soy dipping sauce

Lobster Risotto

Asparagus, lobster, Romano cheese, a hint of brandy sherry lobster broth & cream tossed with Arborio rice.  Topped with a grilled lobster tail & a saffron citrus broth
