Asking Alexandria is a British five-piece post-hardcore band from York, England who reformed with only one founding member in 2008, after originally working under the name in Dubai, UAE from 2003 to 2007. This past summer, they toured the United States on the Almost Homeless Tour with Evergreen Terrace, For the Fallen Dreams and Unholy in support of their debut album Stand Up And Scream, which was released on September 15, 2009 through Sumerian Records. In the fall, they hit the You’d Be Way Cuter In A Coffin Tour with Alesana,From First to Last, The Word Alive and Memphis May Fire in November and December 2009. In April 2010, they are set to tour with In Fear and Faith and Dance Gavin Dance on their UK tour before they hit the U.S. full force.
